Built in 2006 'The Masters Touch' is a professionally decorated, luxury vacation rental home located within The Currituck Club on the northern Outer Banks.

This 4000 sq. ft., traditional floor plan home features 5 bedrooms including three master bedrooms (private bath attached), 5 ½ baths, a gourmet kitchen, plenty of dining & entertaining space, a Theater/Recreation room & an elevator to ease your getting up & down.

Take a swim in the large 31' x 13' Private Pool, unwind in the Hot tub to your favorite music, or enjoy a cold Pepsi on one of the rockers or Nags Head chairs on over 1000 sq. feet of decks and covered porches. Never worry about drinking water quality with the LeBleu, "Ultra Pure water system" plumbed for drinking and ice cube dispensing. Gather the family for a movie or fun and games in the Theater/Rec. Room featuring a 50" HDTV and surround sound. Slip away upstairs to read a book in the quiet of a spacious sitting library overlooking the great room with golf course views. Watch the sun set over the sound from the deck off the raised loft, or enjoy the quiet of a Carolina Summer night on the screened porch. Currituck Club amenities include Golf privileges with reduced greens fees and priority tee times, lighted tennis courts, a health club and a trolley to ferry you back and forth to the beach where a valet service can assist you with umbrella and beach chairs.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and backing to the Signature 13th Fairway, 'The Master's Touch will overwhelm you with beautiful sunsets over the sound, golf course views, waterfowl and wildlife. These are just a sampling of nature's wonders you will enjoy as you walk, jog or bike the lighted paths of the Currituck Club's beautiful gated preserve.

Beds: 3 Master bedrooms, 2 King masters (one handicap friendly), 1 Queen master, 1 BR w/2 Bunk sets (one has a trundle) , 1 BR w/2 full beds, Queen sleep sofa. Sleeps 15-17. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day (Saturday).

This home allows short stays (3 night minimum); call for rates and other details.

Beautifully landscaped and located on one of the northern banks high dunes, 'The Master's Touch' ground level walks out to large patio where you can relax in the large private pool or hot tub while listening to your favorite music in stereo sound. The recreation/theater room is complete with a 50" Flat Panel HDTV surround sound DVD theater system, reclining seating, a full sized sleeper sofa, a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and foosball. The 5th Bedroom has 2 full beds, a TV/DVD and Play Station II. A full bath is steps down the hall with convenient entry to and from the pool patio. A complete laundry room is conveniently located on the ground floor. An enclosed outdoor shower and changing area are located off the patio. The 2-car garage includes table tennis and 4 bikes. A lighted outdoor basketball goal is at the end of the drive.

The Main living level opens to a spacious open floor plan. The elegant foyer with columned arches opens to a large 12-seat dining room, a gourmet kitchen and a bright and airy two story great room. The chef in the family will love the kitchen with a 5 burner Thermador gas range, GE Monogram Refrigerator/ice maker, 2 dishwashers a prep sink and bar seating for four. A cozy 4-seat breakfast nook and adjoining screened porch are great locations to start your day to a sunrise and hot cup of coffee. Step into the great room to entertain around the fireplace or enjoy audio/video entertainment on the 37" Flat Panel HDTV with DVD and surround sound. Plug in your iPod or play CD's from the music library through the full house sound system complete with 8 audio zones. Step out to the elevated back deck to grill on the Weber gas grill or chill out on deck furniture with views out over the pool and the 13th fairway from tee to green. A King Master bedroom is appointed with a romantic Jacuzzi and double sided raised fireplace. This spacious bedroom includes a chaise lounge seating area and private access to the deck and an outstanding view of the 13th green. A powder room completes the living space on the main floor.

Walk up the turned staircase or ride the elevator to the Third level that opens to a balcony library with seating overlooking the golf course. Step up to the raised loft/office getaway to sit and look quietly out over the sound or to check your e-mail at the desk set up for wired/wireless Internet access (bring your own laptop). French doors open up a porch where you can step out to catch a beautiful sunset over the sound. Two large master bedrooms complete with private baths and sitting areas provide a comfortable, private living space. The King Master bedroom has a spacious handicap friendly master bath. The Queen Master bedroom has a large chaise lounge sitting area. The kid's bedroom has 2 Bunk sets, TV/VCR with a full bath conveniently located just across the hall. The Master's Touch will truly be a vacation to remember.
